The Delta Saxophone Quartet, formed in 1984, is Britiain's longest established saxophone chamber group, and has commissioned some of the World's leading composers, including Gavin Bryars, Graham Fitkin and Michael Finnissy.

Professor of bass clarinet at the Rotterdam Conservatiore and author 'New Techniques for Bass Clarinet' his playing attracts a large following and has inspired new listeners proving the bass clarinet to be a solo instrument of exceptional quality.
